My new book, “Dressing Your Truth- Discover Your Personal Beauty Profile” is a powerful and compelling message to help ALL women heal the wounds the fashion world has left us with. We unknowingly took upon ourselves a lot of negative judgment about our bodies and appearance when we were young teens, and carried these negative opinions of ourselves in to our adult lives!

It is true that women feel bad about how they look a lot of the time.
I have never been a fashion follower, but my friends who are – are so critical. My mother and sister are the ones that made me feel bad about myself – and I had nothing to feel bad about!
Now, it’s time to heal and let it all go and move forward.
We all have something beneficial to offer – let’s stop the tearing down and continue the building up.
Love to you and all the women who are on the “feminine” energy movement.
The sooner we can accept our own beauty – the sooner we can stop the “us against them” mentality between women and women and women and men!!
The change will be magnificent.
