Great video! As I was watching and you commented on people taking you serious when you dressed your truth I wondered if our kids would take us as Mothers more serious if we dressed our truth when raising them. I am too late but it might help young Mothers today! Carol what do you kids say?

Love this. I think it explains a lot about why people may decide they don’t like someone. I mean, they may not enjoy a certain type anyway, but when you aren’t dressing your truth then your visual message isn’t matching the message they hear or sense from your body language (energy/movement) either and it is confusing.
Okay, I want to be sure I am on the right path here:
Energy profiling benefits me because I know and understand myself better; benefits my husband, children, family, and friends because I understand them better. All of this understanding benefits our relationships.
Dressing Your Truth benefits me hundreds of different ways; benefits everyone around me by having an immediate visual understanding of who I am and how I am so that when I open my mouth or move in my energy they will expect it.
I know your book talks about this and it has turned my life upside-down!
Great blog! Thanks!

Great Question Asked by Kristine! I am a type 1, so yes, I can easily adapt to whatever type or cituation I may be in at any given time, it is just whether or not I am feeling true to myself on whether or not I believe that people are taking me seriously.
It truly benefits me to know this, accept this and be concious of it when dealing with people who do not know anything about Energy Profiling. Like Sarah said, when we are concious of our type and are dressing it, we do not allow other peoples judgement in. I have to say that since I have been following the program more conciously, I do not find that people are judging me at all, just looking at me differently, recognizing me more and acknowleding me as the beautiful person tghat I am.
Thank you, Kristine for the question and thank you panel for being so open and sharing!

I keep being lead to the chapter in “remembering wholeness”, they read my energy. If I don’t take myself seriously… no one else can because that’s what I am saying.
I am a type one. I needed to leave my in-laws house and my boys (7, 4, 2yrs) wouldn’t listen. My mother in law was changing my mind for me (and I was distracted) but I realized if I made it fun to leave my kids would follow. I was trying to be stern, move let’s go… “whatever Mom”

As a type 1 I tried to dress more serious, since nobody EVER took me seriously, but seriously folks, there were times I meant business! I was even given the advice to dress more serious, and from experience it doesn’t work. Then people just think you’re cookoolala…
As I dress type 1, people have a better understanding of who I am on the outside and inside, and everything matches up, so when I do want to say something and be understood, it’s coming through in my type and more authentic. I’m also learning to let my type 4 come out in my animated way. I saw an actress doing it and it really made sense, and so far it’s working. My new affirmation to go along with it all is “I am a wealth of knowledge”… Dressing my type is the first step to being taken seriously. Who knew dressing more animated, fun, and light would lead to being taken more seriously, which was my desire all along!

Hello Carol and ladies,
Is is also possible when you are changing from fashion-standard to your type, that people are (still) responding very negative or very blunt, even almost agressive, because they don’t live their type???
I have had several clashes with people while i believed to be dressed as a type 1, that is why i ask.
Maybe it could also be the effect of mercury in retrograde;-p
I believe my father is a type 3, very very intense, i tend to call him a bouncing-ball nowadays;-) Is it possible that i absorbed his intensity, which still makes me think i am a type 3, instead of a T1??
Would love to know, thanks.
Bright blessings, Erika
