Since taking your course, I’ve learned to listen to my intuition about color, texture, etc. Now I know why I’ve always loved to shop at thrift stores, not at the malls. Only now I buy the right stuff. Most of the time. I’m still learning and I love the process.
My husband took my latest photos to work and showed one of his friends. Who called me at home to tell me how ‘hot’ I look and my husband is so lucky! And I’m 54, no longer afraid to get old! My DH was a bit jealous, I love it!
    Thank you, Carol.
I always love to see how you and Sarah dress, the differences and similarities as 3s.

I just posted this on my facebook page. Great discussion! Seriously. I also uploaded a bunch of before and after DYT shots. If I knew how to do a video of the shots I do it for the contest….here’s a link to the album:

I love this program so much, and wouldn’t stop short of saying it’s changed my life and my family’s life. Women are wasting too much time trying to be and look like glossy airbrushed models. We are strong and confident when we know who we are and how to dress in a way that compliments and supports our unique nature. I love that my clothes don’t overpower or take away from ME, but support and help ‘describe’ in a physical way who I am. I like me. Yep.

Thanks Carol and the gang. You are all a gift for our generation and future generations of little girls who started life in frilly, yellow, fun dresses….and all the other type 2s, 3s and 4s too :)

Cindy – I loved your hair and face before, but the ‘after’ clothes really make an amazing difference!

Thank you Carol for calling a spade a spade, and telling people to invest in doing this course, and stop trying to learn how to do it from the blog, as many of us are. Especially ME!
I’m waiting for some more money to manifest, and look forward to spending it on Dressing Your Truth for Type I’m-all-of-the-types.

Hi, thanks for writing back, yes I must say I’m probably a Type 1 – I was going to say that I’m not the life and soul of the party because when I go to the park, nobody even wants to speak to me, they think I’m too DEEP, but mind you when I go to a lecture I liven it up with hair-raising questions. I shine when everyone notices me, but I droop when they don’t, or don’t respect me, and that happens pretty often.
anyway, can I make a suggestion. In this box here, where I’m writing this comment, it says to leave your name, mail, website and comment!! So here’s my idea – add to it a box for your TYPE!!! and then put the type by the comment, under the picture. You could also have a check box for “Do you dress your type?” to motivate people and to show that there’s real people out there who are both reading the blog and have taken the online course…. unless the only people reading it are like me, hoping to get some fashion tips for free?! (Not for long I hope)(I guess we 1′s also call spades spades, and I hope you’re not offended)!
I also think that “I can’t afford it” is a feeble excuse, but the money I think I have access to right now doesn’t cover this course yet. I’m reading this blog to keep me motivated so that when the money comes in I’ll still remember that Dressing My Truth is something I deeply care about… or perhaps to motivate me more to ask for the money for this… it’s not just the free fashion tips, it’s the ‘is this right for me?’ – and that’s the other side of the coin. So don’t frighten me off the blog!!!
