Read the following script daily and watch your life change:

It’s amazing how well my day goes. It is as if the Universe knows who I am and what I want and things flow to me in such a timely way. It is as if I’m dancing with the Universe.

Emergencies are non-existent in my physical experience. The people that come to me are benefiting by their exposure to me. It is as if I have a secretary in the sky that is taking care of everything and just feeding it to me with such ease and grace and comfort that my day just flows and unfolds so magnificently.

When I wake up in the morning, I am infused with the energy of well-being. I’m just glad to be alive. I can hardly wait to exercise my body and I am thankful for the time I can spend with my children.

When they awaken, my children and spouse are joyful and happy to be alive and we have such fun interacting with one another. This is some of the most precious time of our day as we embark upon our day together—positively anticipating what will unfold.

As I am making my way to different events of my day it is always such a lovely time. I am so appreciative of all the wonderful people I have in my life. I am grateful for the spiritual support and the angelic help that is taking care of the details and making sure that this day is going to unfold in a magical way.

I love seeing their attention to detail, and I love seeing them eagerly finding more ways to make everything go comfortably. I love recognizing that they’re helping me bring my life into balance.

I love being a wife/husband. I love being a mom/dad. I love getting into a space wherein I realize that I can deal with anything. I love connecting with the infinite power and knowledge of my life. I love knowing the benefit I offer to others. Most of all, I love the joy of the unfolding. I love new surprises that come, my ability to move with them, and the inspiration that comes to me effortlessly. I love knowing that I can participate in anything I want to participate in. I love knowing I have infinite choices.

Tell the Universe the way you want it to be! Even if you have to stretch it a little bit. The universe doesn’t know the difference.

The tradition for making improvements in our lives is to write out goals. Typically these goals are written as something that will be happening in our future.

Choose to write your goals as “I am” statements. You can even include your feelings of gratitude by stating your goals as “I am grateful for …”

Using the affirmation technique allows you to tap into the power of your being, the power of God that lies within you. This power can change your life faster than any other resource you have.

Several years ago when I first started to use this technique I had a goal of running my first marathon. I chose this goal because for most of my life I have had the limiting belief that I am not a runner and I could never run much more than a few miles.

Living in Utah also added to my limiting beliefs because I live at a high altitude where it is even harder to run. The longest distance I had ever run before I made this goal was 5 miles when I was in college.

I know that we are designed to overcome challenges. So I now choose my challenges rather than to experience the struggles of life choosing me. The first few words of my book, Remembering Wholeness: A Personal Handbook for Thriving in the 21^st Century, are “Challenges feed us, Struggles deplete us.”

To write my goal as an affirmation sounded like this:

I am grateful that I am successfully running a marathon in April.

I look forward to my training time and the preparations that will create this to be an awesome experience.

I am grateful for all the spiritual help I am receiving that supports me in fine-tuning my body to achieve this goal.

I am grateful to my body for its strength and endurance, it enjoys running, I enjoy running.

I am having fun with this challenge.

Whenever I run I imagine I am running the marathon and I am successfully completing it. I get exhilarated crossing the finishing line. I now enjoy and look forward to running.

I am creating a healthy, invigorating challenge rather than a life-exhausting, painful, emotional challenge.

Ask God, the angels and the powers of the universe to assist you in creating your dreams for the future.

My affirmations worked so well, I not only ran my first marathon in April 2001, I have run 15 more since then.

Take some time now to review these three areas of your life:

Your Health, your finances, and your relationships. Write 10 “I am” statements for each category of your life. Add to your list each week for the entire month. Use your “I am” statements with a powerful technique called an Energy Circle to create your dreams with God’s help.

The Universe does not know your bank account status; it only reads the signals you are feeding it. So create a vibration of wealth by playing the following game:

Pretend you have an unlimited supply of $100 dollar bills in your wallet. Every time you spend a $100 dollar bill, imagine another one magically replacing it. Throughout your day, think of the many things you could spend that $100 dollars on. Act as if you are spending it over and over and over.

Rejoice and have fun with all the things you could buy, all the people you could share it with, and all the experiences you could create. As you do this you will send out a vibration of wealth and prosperity that will assist you in creating more wealth.

A powerful process that can change our lives using “I am” statements is called an energy circle.

An energy circle is created by drawing an imaginary circle on the ground. Standing outside this imaginary circle, start speaking “I am” statements into the circle to create a hologram of energy. Let’s say you want more abundance of health, happiness, positive relationships, money, and time. Draw the circle and, standing outside the circle, speak these statements out loud and throw them into the circle using your hands.

I am grateful for my healthy body.
I am experiencing my body as balanced and free of all disease.
I am experiencing lots of energy and vitality.
I am sleeping easily and I awake feeling refreshed and ready for a new day.
I am thin and fit.
I am grateful for the feelings of peace and well-being that abound in me.
I am seeing the good in all of the events and details of my life.
I am a positive person who enjoys the adventure of this life.
I am creating more and more experiences that generate feelings of joy.
I am attracting like-minded people with whom I love to interact.
I am attracting people who are safe and respectful.
I share myself easily and I am understood.
I am experiencing my intimate relationships as blossoming and growing effortlessly.
I am free of all debt.
I am creating larger sums of money; money flows easily into my life.
I am always flowing in more money than I am flowing out.
I am comfortable with money, I spend it in integrity and have fun with it.
I am generous in sharing my wealth because I always know there is plenty for me.
I am experiencing that I have all the time I need.
I move between the different activities of my day easily.
I am always on time for my commitments.
I am experiencing others as always on time for me.
I flow easily within the structure of time in my day.
I am grateful to be alive.
I am creating more and more of what I want effortlessly.
I am assisted by the powers and spirits of heaven. I ask for their help in all areas of my life. As I ask for what I want, they take care of orchestrating all the details and bring me what I have asked for. I am grateful for this powerful assistance.

After repeating these statements, step into the imaginary circle and the hologram of energy you have just created. Dress yourself in this energy by massaging it into your body from your toes up to your head. Open your arms, embrace this energy, and then close your arms over your heart. Then blow this energy out from your hands, as if you are casting the seeds of it into the ethers of the Universe to start forming and manifesting into your life.

As you practice this process daily, you will begin to see evidence of your affirmations develop in your life. As you are in the moment, notice that you are experiencing what you have asked for through your affirmations and complete the cycle of creation by offering out loud or in your heart a prayer of gratitude: “Thank you, God, for assisting me in my creation. I appreciate all the spirits who are helping me experience the full measure of my creative powers.”

It is a common belief that we have to create abundance.  This is not true!

Abundance is the natural state of the Universe. The Universe can only respond to us in abundance. We always receive what we believe in abundantly.

Abundance is merely the Universe’s response to our thoughts and feelings. The Universe provides experience in abundance to assist us in becoming aware of what we are thinking and feeling.

The Universe is energy with potential, waiting for instructions from us. We are connected to this fluid energy and we are always creating something with it. We can only create in abundance.

If we believe in lack and debt, we will experience an abundance of lack and debt!

If we believe in wealth and prosperity, we will experience an abundance of wealth and prosperity.

The truth about abundance is, it is a constant in our lives.  There is no need to create abundance, it already exits for us.  The only question to ask yourself is “what do I want to create an abundance of?”

The mental stress we create with our negative thoughts and attitudes is displaced onto our bodies and into our organs, tissues, and all parts of the body.

It is common knowledge in the energy healing arena that stressful thoughts and attitudes about money can create unwanted, burdensome energy on our backs.

We carry a lot of stressful energy on our backs, which can develop into back problems.

Here is a simple technique to clear this tension and displaced energy.

The “Spinal Flush”

This technique is better if you have someone do it to you, and then you do it to them. Stand behind the person receiving the “flush.” Place your fingers at the top of their spinal column where the neck meets the back.

Swipe your finger down the spinal column and off the tailbone, using the same movement you would use to swipe a credit card through a machine.

Repeat the swiping motion four to five times — flushing off the stressful energy. The person receiving the “flush” will start to feel tingly inside.

It is even better when you repeat the following statements out loud or in your head to shift your energy with money and to help let go of your money worries:

“I am at ease with money.”

“I am now paying attention to all the good in my life.”

“I am flowing more good to me.”

“I am receiving and sharing the good, more and more people are blessed.”

“I am free of my money worries.”

“I am creating a new healthy pattern with money.”

Use this technique daily. Use it when your money worries are presenting themselves. Flush off that stressful energy to allow your back to be healthy and clear.

Follow this easy step to change your vibration with words:

Notice what you say on a daily basis that is causing your life to be more of a struggle. Do you refer to situations and experiences as hard, tiring, frustrating, and annoying?

Some popular phrases are:

“It is so hard.”

“I am so tired of that happening.”

“I am so frustrated.”

“That is so annoying.”

STOP using your most popular and favored words and phrases that are limiting you.

As you put that language in to your daily reality, guess what? You just keep getting more of what you DON’T WANT!

These words and phrases create barricades you impose on your life by the way you talk about things. This week, focus on replacing negative limiting words and phrases with affirmative words and phrases, to help switch the flow of your life.

Write statements like the following on your bathroom mirror using a dry erase marker to get you going for the day:

“It is coming to me easily.”

“I am so excited for all the good that flows my way.”

“That is great.”

“I guess they are doing the best they know how.”

“I accept my life for what it is and am committed to putting forth the effort to change it.”

“I am believing that the best is possible.”

“I am seeing the good in all things.”

“I am seeing more of the good in myself.”

The power of intentional language can change your life, so use it! You will be grateful you did! I guarantee you will be given a lot of opportunities to use it this week!

Step 1: Know what you want. Have a desire.

Step 2: Ask for what you want. Ask God, the angels, the Universe. You are asking a power greater than yourself to assist you in creating.

Step 3: Believe you can have it. Have faith, free of any doubt, that what you desire and have asked for is going to be manifested to you.

Step 4: Let go and allow. Basically get out of your own way and allow the spirit to be in charge of bringing your desire to you.

Step 5: Express gratitude. Gratitude actually starts the cycle all over. The energy of gratitude initiates more things manifesting in your life for which you feel grateful.

Use these five steps on a daily basis and start to see the results fly in.

You have a relationship with money that YOU are creating.  Money is a neutral resource to which you give power. Your patterns with money are dictated by your beliefs, feelings and language about money.

Money will either reward you or cause great struggles in your life. It is up to you to tell money what you want it to do for you.

In my work with assisting hundreds of people to free themselves of patterns of lack and to start creating prosperous lives, I have found that most people do the following two things that create financial lack:

1. They keep talking about how much money they don’t have and how they will probably never have enough!

Some of the most popular phrases are:

“We can’t afford it.”

“We don’t have enough money.”

“We will never have enough.”

“We have too many bills.”

“We are always falling short.”

“The economy is weak.”

2. They keep focusing on how much money is going out and run the emotions of distress and fear.

Whatever we focus on, we create more of. However we feel about any aspect of our lives, we draw more of that experience into our lives.

If we keep focusing with these powerful negative emotions on all the money going out, we give more and more power to money leaving and very little to money coming to us.

What that looks like is more events occurring in your life that cost you more money such as repairs, health bills, accidents, and compulsive spending. How to stop this and switch it:

• Change your language.

Start talking about how there is enough money and you are grateful that you are receiving yours. Say things such as:

“I am grateful for all the money that is coming my way.”

“I am grateful for what I have now.”

“I am grateful that I am a wise steward of money.”

“I am grateful all my bills are paid in full.”

“There is enough and I am okay.”

• Start putting your focus on money flowing to you with the emotion of gratitude.

What would it “feel” like to have enough and more? What would it “look” like? What would it “sound” like in your family and marriage? What would you say to each other rather than what you are saying now? What would it “taste” like?

Activate your senses by imagining in detail what you want to experience. In this state of mind and emotion, you throw out a powerful message and strong vibration to the Universe and the Universe responds in a like manner.

• Imagine more and observe less.

People stay stuck in lack because they keep observing, talking, and focusing on what they don’t want. When that is where you are vibrating, that is what the Universe can give you.

Start imagining, every day, what you do want and it will manifest in your life. Stop using your agency just to survive and get by. God gave you your agency to create. So what are you waiting for? Start creating!
