Whenever emotional issues show up in our lives (and we all have them!), we tend to want to ignore them. Either we think they’re too painful or we’re just too busy to deal with it at the time.
But when any core issues show up in your life—I’ve learned that our better response is to pay attention with compassion and gratitude. Because those issues are a wonderful signal to you that healing is at hand!
