<p>The following tips can help you create more happiness in your life right now:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>1. Choose to be happy rather than right.</strong></p>
<p>It is your choice to think any thought and feel any feeling that you choose. Happiness is a choice. The more happiness you generate, the more life presents you with experiences to feel happy about.<span id="more-10148"></span></p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>2. Say, &#8220;It doesn&#8217;t matter.&#8221; Say it a lot.</strong></p>
<p>Most things you worry about won&#8217;t actually matter a year from now. They might not even matter by tomorrow! Choose to let go of your worries and focus on the happiness you actually want.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>3. Write a thank-you note today.</strong></p>
<p>The energy of gratitude feeds happiness. Express gratitude frequently.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>4. When you think a complimentary thought about someone &#8211; tell them.</strong></p>
<p>Whatever you focus on will come into your life multiplied. Express genuine love and support to others. You will find that you attract experiences that support you and create more happiness in your life.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>5. &#8220;Tap out&#8221; your sad feelings.</strong></p>
<p>Using your fingertips, tap all over the top of your head while repeating: &#8220;I am free of this sadness, I am now feeling happiness.&#8221; Tapping on the nerve endings on the top of your head will start to lift the heavy, sad energy, making room for happiness.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>6. Refrain from judgments &#8211; think something positive instead.</strong></p>
<p>We have been trained to listen to our feelings and create thoughts to match them. So we believe we cannot start thinking about the world in a positive light until we feel positive feelings. Take charge of your life by taking charge of your thoughts. Feel happiness by changing your thoughts.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>7. Patch your right eye if you are thinking negative thoughts.</strong></p>
<p>When you put cover your right eye, you quiet the left-brain and its negative chatter.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>8. Do something full of light-hearted happiness.<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Whistle, skip, open the windows and sing your favorite song out loud. Ask your children to tuck you in bed and read you a story for a change. Do something you genuinely want to do that you&#8217;ve been telling yourself you&#8217;re too grown-up for. Your inner child knows what will bring you happiness.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>9. Pay it forward. For every kind deed offered to you, do a kind deed for someone else.</strong></p>
<p>We each hold a blueprint within us to express a state of pure and unconditional love that creates more joy. Practice experiencing this state of happiness in small actions.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>10. Stay in the now. Let the future be just that &#8211; the future.</strong></p>
<p>Your future happiness will be determined by whatever thoughts and feelings you currently have. Focus on the now and you will create the future. Start believing in the happiness you want as if you already feel it.</p>

<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>11. Love yourself and make the choice to &#8220;BE HAPPY!&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve made the decision to take charge of your happiness, you will find yourself attracting fewer experiences with a negative focus.</p>
