Do you love the shape of your body? I have good reasons why you should.

The Fashion Industry’s Body Shape Guidelines

Body shape analysis systems are a popular model women follow to choose clothing.

Those systems do a great job of helping a woman recognize her proportions. But they don’t do a very good job of helping her recognize her beauty.

The fashion industry isn’t out to get us, but the system is flawed. And it does get us. We’ve been told that one particular shape is ideal. And what if we don’t have it? Give up? Believe that we’re flawed? How defeating and frustrating!

Dressing Your Truth’s Body Shape Guidelines

Your body naturally expresses and responds to movement. Dressing Your Truth focuses on 5 elements of expression: color, design line, texture, fabrication, and pattern.

When you don’t have those 5 elements on your body, you feel disconnected from your true self and heavier than you actually are.

When women feel uncomfortable in their bodies, they assume their body shape is the problem. There’s nothing wrong with you—or your body shape! The fashion industry has just convinced you to wear things that don’t honor your true movement.

Watch the video to learn how body shape fits in to our Dressing Your Truth model and why having the “right” clothes on your body is very healing and affirmative. Find out how your hemline can change the level of movement in your dress. And hear examples of women who stopped feeling and looking uncomfortable because of Dressing Your Truth:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mNmVCoYTeg

Are you thinking about your body differently? How has Dressing Your Truth helped you love your body exactly the way it is? Share a comment. And if you know a woman struggling with feelings about her body, share this with her.

Your Body Shape and Weight

Your body is just an outward expression of your true inner self. We’ve seen that many women who start the Dressing Your Truth program lose weight naturally because their bodies feel honored and supported.

Many women are living under the false belief that they are too fat or too old or too SOMETHING. Women of all shapes and sizes dress their truth and look amazing. It doesn’t come down to weight and height. It comes down to a woman expressing her natural beauty outwardly.

And when you’re Dressing Your Truth, your body appears more balanced because YOU are more balanced.

Love Yourself Like Never Before!

When you purchase the Dressing Your Truth system, you also receive online access to our Dressing Your Truth Body Shape Guide, specifically designed for your Type of beauty.

Because Dressing Your Truth honors and supports every woman, it supersedes today’s body shape systems and it’s already resolved thousands of women’s common body shape anxieties.

Dressing Your Truth starts with learning your Beauty Profile. Which of the 4 Types of beauty do you express? Start your journey of living your truth at http://www.dressingyourtruth.com

The popular TV show “What Not to Wear” with Stacy and Clinton doles out popular advice to help a woman revamp her closet and create a new look. Is the advice they offer really making a difference? How on target are they in helping a woman bring out their true beauty! Carol shares “Stacy and Clinton occasionally refer to Body Type and Shape systems to help women find clothes that ‘fit” better. But ‘fit’ is not the primary or only element that brings out the beauty of a woman. Other body shape I don’t see them considering much else when it comes to a woman’s many inner and outer features that create her beauty.” Watch the video as Fashion/Beauty Expert Carol Tuttle gives “What Not to Wear” a review! http://dressingyourtruth.com

I am frequently asked were does body shape fit in to Dressing Your Truth? That is a fair question, since body shape analysis systems have been around for quite a while and most fashion and beauty books refer to them as pretty much the only thing you need to consider when you are choosing clothes that are right for you.

I believe there is relevancy to these systems and they play an important role in providing us with tools to look our best.

What I am realizing as I study the status-quo body shape systems, pear, apple, hourglass, rectangle, that Dressing Your Truth supersedes these and resolves a good percentage of the common body shape issues and therefore we cannot use any of these systems as they currently are taught. We are looking at creating Dressing Your Truth Body Shape Guidelines that supports our primary system and gives more support for women with these body shape variables:

short waisted

long waisted

small bust

large bust

overweight

long legs

short legs

thick thighs and calves

large bottom

flat bottom

short/petite

tall

I don’t like calling them issues, that suggests they are flaws in the body, and our whole message is to teach women that beauty comes in many sizes, colors, shapes, physical features, personalities, and movements of the body and Dressing Your Truth does bring out your beauty, it’s not just a positive mental attitude gimmick, it really does make a woman more beautiful when she follows our system!

Click Here to learn how Dressing Your Truth stands apart from any fashion and beauty system to ever be taught. Let Carol help you find your true beauty. With Dressing Your Truth every woman is beautiful!
