    Hi Carol,
    Thank you, for this quick, easy technique. I used it today to counter my limiting belief that I am “not enough, that I am inadequate”.
    I have went back to school and just graduated at 53 with a 4.0 GPA, but still feel like I am inadequate and won’t be able to handle this new career. I need to remind myself that I am capable.
    I have gained a lot of weight in the last few years. In some way this is related to my feelings of “not being enough”. I want to use this technique to remind myself that I am enough.

    Thank you, Carol for this technique. I have a question though. How should we visualize if we had a breached birth? I was breached. Luckily, I was a very small baby. Still, what is the trauma associated with that generally and how shall I tap on it? Thanks for your sharing and support to all of us.

      Hi Deborah, Breech births can leave an imprint that creates the belief “I am in the wrong place or wrong direction which keeps me from moving forward”. A new affirmation is, “I am always in the right place; going in the right direction; moving forward easily and successfully.”
