    It was interesting–and cute–that Anne went really fast down Carol’s back because she thought that was the way Carol had done it to her.     I too love using this technique… I do it with a Ma roller, I start at the base of the skull and work down slowly to the coccyx. It really works out muscle, tendon and ligament tension!
