aha! Watching you two made me chuckle! Thank you!

I’m a Type 3 and my husband of 35 years is Type 2. Before Energy Profiling we had learned that we really didn’t want either of us to be like the other -boring to death or totally combustible- and we had worked out ways to communicate. Sometimes it means I have to slow down for him, sometimes he has to shut up and let me have my steam. Not always easy, but we don’t often argue.
And now knowing our dominant energy type, what a difference even more! We laugh lots more and things that have been long standing friction spots are much smoother. We understand we’re not deliberately trying to be irritating to each other…..

One question please….Carol, is that a Type 3 T shirt you’re wearing? I mean, it’s so pastel. Yellow and pink? I’ve been getting new clothes (Thrift Store treasures) and mostly I’m choosing dark colors….help!
