Use these tips to cut self-sabotage out of your life:
1. Harness the power of intention.
Follow Beth’s example. What she did was so easy and it’s something you can do today (this very minute, even). Where do you experience sabotage? Set the intention for what you want instead.
2. Say, “Of course!”
Don’t be so surprised that what you wanted showed up for you. Your surprise is just an expression of disbelief. Believe that things will show up to serve your higher good.
3. Expand your container.
Ask the questions and do the visualization I talked about in the last part of the video. You can hold more joy and more abundance.
