i’m only 19 years old, and i have struggled with being over weight my whole life. when i was 13 i gained 30 pounds over the course of a few months (for emotional reasons, my dad was overseas and we were dealing with abuse in the family), and after plateauing at 160 for nearly 6 years i recently gained 20 pounds, again, over the course of a few months, only this time i didn’t realize what was happening until i stepped on the scale at the end of this few months. again, i’m pretty sure this happened for emotional reasons. i was dealing with rejection and also the stress of working a full time job and going to school while preparing for my dad to leave for overseas again in a few months. i am tired of feeling this way, i am tired of being overweight and out of shape because i know i am beautiful. i would really like to deal with the emotional issues and have the tools to do so whenever needed. thanks for all you do, carol.

I would also purchase “Intentional Parenting: Raising Conscious Children that Understand and Use the Laws of Creation”. It is my intention to be the most supporting parent I can be to help my children on their unique paths while assisting them to be aware of creating the lives they want.

This would be fabulous to receive! I have been trying to lose weight diligently over the last two years without a lot of success ~ I really do suspect that I have some emotional/energetic issues that are holding me back.

This would be wonderful for me and my life. I’ve struggled with my weight, eventually lost 35 lbs and kept it off for 2 years until I married a guy that was emotional/mentally abusive and gained even more weight. After 5 1/2 years, a divorce, and horrible custody battle I eventually lost 50lbs. But now I’m 20lbs over and struggle with my obsession with food. I need help to completely heal from my yo-yo’ing pattern and am sure this is what I need.

I definitely need to know this. Can’t seem to loose weight. It just stays on. I need to clear all the stuff I can’t tell others about. Have had a couple of big emotional things happen in the past two years. I am bigger than I have ever been, and I don’t like it at all!!

I just sent a post and it was not sending for some reason, so I will try agian. I thought the weight problem may be hormone related or age related, or that I am just not active enough or not eating the right foods or all of the above. And maybe all of those are part of the problem, but in the past 2 years there have been two really emotional events that I cant talk about to very many people that must be part of the problem. I am bigger than I have ever been and I feel like I am in someone elses body. Iknow I cant have a 25 year old body, but I know I can do better than this!! I know the CD would be a big help. All of Carol’s work is great and such a big help.

Carol I am so glad you are offering this.
I was always thin growing up, in highschool, and as a newlywed. Even after my second child I still considered myself very thin. Now that I have 4 kids and have been married for nearly 9 years I know I am overweight. It has been very gradual and over the course of 5 years. I just can’t understand why and I keep looking for things to blame it on. I am ready to get on with my life, figure out what it is that is causing this, and get rid of this weight once and for all. This is exactly what I need!

I just want to say that I have this CD and it is amazing. Carol I know it has been said before that you can shift people just by speaking and it is true. I have only met you once and even before that just from listening to you and reading “RW” I have seen leaps in my progress. Everyone needs this CD!
But don’t just listen once listen to it everyday for a week or two.
I would LOVE to share/give this with a friend of mine.

I binge eat and I have realized when I do this I am “stuffing my feelings” to keep them from surfacing. While I’m eating and feeling miserable I am like an alcoholic knowing I need to just stop but can’t. This is a pattern in my family and I have watched my mother do this for years. It’s time to break the cycle!

Hi, Carol! I would be extremely grateful to receive this CD. While I have never been severely overweight, my weight can fluctuate up to 20 lbs. over my “ideal” weight. I am definitely an emotional eater. I try to cut back on or entirely eliminate sweets, but the desire for them is always in the back of my mind and often in the front! I have given up sweets for 3 months before–long enough to get over the physical craving–but the entire time I was negotiating with myself how often I would get to have them once I was in “control” of my cravings. The negativity I then carry after I revert to my old patterns and weight only exacerbates the problem.
I have found everything I have read and listened to from you so inspirational and spot on, I have no doubt that your clearing protocols would be effective for me. All the best to you!

Dear Carol,
I began this year with a commitment to obliviate any issue that is keeping me fat and to be physically fit and healthy for the rest of my life. I believe this is possible for me because my grandfather modeled it. I would also like to achieve this goal for my future children. As a 24 year old not yet married, I still have time to re-program myself from the negative paradigms I was taught as a child concerning weight and nutrition and self-worth. While I have made some progress in this goal and still struggle a bit, I know that I CAN overcome. Thanks for your faith in me in delivering these programs to us.
I would also like to share with you that I also made it a goal to be a miracle and example for other people. I believe miracles happen through the grace of God and always involve a change in consciousness. If you feel this would help me with this vision, I would gladly accept this winning opportunity and challenge!! Thank you so much.

I would love to receive the cd giveaway this week. I have been focused on getting healthy and losing weight since last summer. I’v lost 52 lbs. but over the holidays I regained 15lbs. and I am finding that I am once again at war with myself. I am an emotional eater/snacker and find that around 3pm when I am overwhelmed and stressed, my body craves sweets/chocolate.

So many of us need this gift..a new start. I am turning 70 in April and I am stale. I have gained weight over the years of menopause and I haven’t been able to dicipline myself more than a few days of eating right to make a difference. I know it is emotional due to a very long life with a spouse that doesn’t accept me as I am. I love your lectures and your personal caring. I am positive that this would help me. Just a plug for the CD – I have it and LOVE it and it has helped me break through a plateau over the past month. I’m now on my way to slender and healthy and plan to get there and stay there FOREVER! For all of those hoping to win it, keep in mind that if you don’t win it, but REALLY want to make that change in your life, find a way and BUY IT! It is SO WORTH IT!!! And I agree with Holly in the earlier post – listen to it several times over a couple of weeks (or more). Very effective that way.
