Neat in Neon – Dressing Your Truth Makeover

People who lead with TYPE 4SM  Energy are typically clean, precise and structured. Their qualities can earn them a positive reputation for being quite neat when it comes to their personal space…and their personal appearance.

See how perfectly neat and stunning Cheryl looks after her Dressing Your Truth makeover.

Neatly polished

Dressing Your Truth explains the 4 Types of Beauty that women express. You can see Cheryl’s TYPE 4SM  features especially in her reflective, porcelain skin, straight nose bridge that separates her symmetrical facial features.

In Cheryl’s Before photo, you can see her stunning features, but they aren’t supported in a clear way. The draping/flowing orange blouse gives her an almost messy look, which is in stark contrast to her more structured nature. And her haircut lacked a sculpted polish.

After her makeover, Cheryl’s true beauty comes forward with her neatly polished hairstyle—that, combined with the vivid lime green blouse layered with the royal blue cardigan really support and honor her Type of beauty.

When Dressing her Truth fully in the TYPE 4 outfit, Cheryl looks confident and approachable.

Her haircut is adorable and elegant. So many beautiful women are afraid of short hair. I think on the right face it’s just so much more feminine than long hair. She looks gorgeous!

  • JoAnna Robb

Wow! I just love how her face comes forward when Dressing her truth. You see the woman and it’s awesome!

  • Tricia Swenson

Wow! So much better. She really looks put together in her after photo.

Cheryl, love your clean, fresh, summery look. I can totally see you in bold colors and black. Stunning!

Interesting to see the orange drape neck top, which is not any type really. Drapes like T2, but too vivid a color. Not buoyant at all for T1. Rich for T3, but too much downward movement. And not a T4 color or cut either.

  • Fiona

This is lovely! In the first photo she looks a bit rigid in the shoulders and you can see the tension in her collarbone area. In the second photo she is more relaxing into herself and comfortable in her own skin with her new and very beautiful type 4 look. Cheryl you are a stunning type 4 woman!

  • Julie B

    You look amazing, Cheryl!!

  • Kristinm333

Oooo- yes!!! This is a good one! She looks so sleek and stunning in the after photo!

I have made this comment on this blog before, but I want to make it again because this program has made such a huge difference in my life and the lives of my family. Since dressing my truth, I feel happier, friendlier, safer, more peaceful and more grounded than I did in the modge-podge of nothingness that I wore pre-DYT. It has been a process for me to learn how to dress my truth, but I feel like I am finally getting it. I am a very “yin” T4/1 and it took me a while to embrace the whole “Bold” concept, but I LOVE my bold, striking and structured clothing! Thank you, Carol, for starting such a great program, and for your whole team of very kind and knowledgeable experts.

Help newly divorced in my late 50’s and need help…in dressing. I find it difficult and that I am critical of my body that I just tend to go with the same style and it hides me from being seen…….please help on what to do for a 5 ft person who is not overweight but not thin either……what can you do …they make clothes more for taller, slender women and nothing appropriate for short people with short I want to turn heads and look nice at my age

  • D.D.

Beautiful. Strikingly so. Such a clear example of the difference wearing the correct elements – in dress, hair, etc. – for your Type of movement, truly makes. Thank you for sharing this with all of us Cheryl!

    I don’t think she’s hot, she’s really cool, though. 😉
Stunning indeed. A fabulous make over.
