Mini-Healing Session with Carol: How The King’s Speech Helps You Know Just What to Say!

Energy Healing

You might not stutter like King George VI. But I’ll bet you’ve wished sometimes that you knew exactly what to say. The King’s Speech can teach us a little something about how.

Maybe you’ve heard that opening your throat chakra can help you say the right thing at the right time. But that doesn’t mean that you will shout exactly what you think the second you think it. You need to open your throat chakra in a way that honors your true nature.

Join me as I lead Jimmy through this mini-healing session. Jimmy is a Type 2—a soft, subtle Type, liable to retreat when he feels pressured to share his opinion too loudly or quickly. Watch how these simple exercises open his throat chakra in a way that helps him express his true voice

Did you see how opening his throat chakra this way honors his Type 2 nature? This will not only help his marriage, but every part of his life. What parts of your life will benefit most by opening your throat chakra? Let me know in your comments.

If you know how to open your chakras, you can heal your body and your mind. If you take my three-minute quiz, you can find out how your chakras are influencing your life: http://www.chakrahealing.com/

Carol and Jimmy, thank you! I especially appreciated the clear way of communicating, “I need time to think about it, and I’ll get back to you. Would you like a timeline?” So respectful of both people.

Carol, thank you for this! As a type 2 I had a stuttering problem on and off for years (up until I started doing DYT and I found out that I was a type 2). I’m sure this will help a lot of people know how to be heard, and to relate to the slower nature of us type 2′s.

Thank you for that wonderful mini healing session! I too am a Type 2 personality with a Type 3 husband who can be very domineering and overbearing at times. I’m learning to “Speak My Truth” and it feels so good!! Keep on tapping…

I am a Type 1 woman and I would like to know how this would be for me. When I took the Chakra evaluation my Throat Chakra was one that was weak. I know that I do not like conflict. Thank you for this and since my secondaries are Type 2 and 4, I can relate to what was said here, but is there anything additional that I need to do to keep my Throat Chakra open and strong?

    Fantastic!!!
    Thanks to both of you.
Question: is there any info about the Type 3/4 marriage. My husband is a 3 and I am a 4…yikes!
Thanks so much for all of your work.

Amazing…..I, like Nancy, am a type 2 with a type 3 husband, and have allowed myself to feel shut down, angry and frustrated much our 40 year marriage. How grateful I am to you, Carol, for teaching with such clarity and practicality, offering energetic tools that really make profound and positive changes. Your Chakra7 course has changed my life and I recommend it highly to anyone who is serious about personal growth. I feel that the healing scripts such as the one you and Jimmy demonstrated here and that are available in the Chakra7 course, freed me up to accept and embrace my Type 2 nature. Before taking the chakra course I thought I was a type 1. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I now feel that I can breathe, relax, and truly know and love my deepest, authentic self, enjoy and appreciate my important voice in all my relationships, and no longer compare myself to others and find myself lacking.

I’m having a hard time with the scripts…they are often too much for me to remember, and because they are scripts, I have a hard time saying them since it doesn’t feel authentic. I can’t seem to remember where to tap for what reason either.
