Energy Healing

Everyone that has ever felt this way, please raise your hand! Okay, that’s just about everybody!! When we have this core belief, we don’t feel we can get our own needs met and as a result have a very hard time desiring what we want and believing it can happen. We dash our dreams and settle for mediocrity only to feel resentful and victimized. Not a fun way to live, but I have to say it’s a very popular way to live! So, if you are tired of this game and want to try the “everyone’s needs are important and so are mine,” join me in clearing this psychological reversal by watching this video. That was very powerful. I felt a huge shift when I brought my 17 year old in, to let go of having to take care and fix everything because my alcoholic parents were not able to. Being the oldest of six children, I felt if I didn’t take care of everyone, I’d have no where to go, so I had to control the environment. Even that statement came out of nowhere and I had to take a look and say, “Is that REALLY what I believed?!”
This has carried through my whole life. I think in trying to help and fix others, I was trying to fix myself.

Thanks for opening up and sharing yourself with us, Kalista. I admire you for that and I always enjoy visiting with you when I come to the Center! You’re just fabulous as you are. Also, a big thank-you to Carol. Carol, I’ll always be grateful to you for all that you are and all that you share. I benefit greatly thereby. God bless you both.

Thank you Carol … your exercised and clearings, always very helpful. It’s amazing how many blocks continue to materialize in this work! Clearing away little by little … letting go of past burdens, embracing freedom (and happiness!) that comes in being aligned with true purpose.

    Much love,
    Lisa

Wow, how true…I was raised with the saying, “much to whom is given, much of whom is expected”. Of course the, much to whom is given was very weak, or at least my mom thought that she gave me a lot. Surely, even when I was little, I felt that the balance was way off.
Thank you Carol…I will be doing a lot of tapping on this one.

Wow I can’t even write anything. I am Kalista’s older sister and I have this really bad. I can’t even get myself to do it, crying way to much to even think about doing it.Yes I am a 2 I cry a lot. But “wow” that’s all I can say. I have in my mind my dad saying those same words to me. I also have some of my mom saying close to the same thing. I feel it very srtong from being the oldest. Both our parents are the oldest and were both forced to be the one to fix everything. So I guess it came on down to us. I can’t wait for the day when I can let this go and hope that my mom, dad and his sister can also come to a place to free themself from this burdon. I have learned the value of work and am gratefull for that, but I wan’t to have fun to!

This was very good and helpful. I realized that I had done that also in my childhood and been the resposible one and making sure that everyones needs were met before my own so that I would be able to be accepted and worthy to be part of the wonderful family that I was born into. I am a Type one that took on the Type 4 energy of taking care of everything and having it perfect. Thank you for the ability to free myself and be the fun bright animated Type 1.
