After watching this I am SO confused as to what my husband’s type is. I thought that he was a type 2 but now after watching this clip with your son Chris, he doesn’t really show any of these tendencies in his business. He might be considered more of a type 1 or 3 but I am not sure that his facial features express that. Totally lost now.

Hi Lindsi, The best solution is to let your husband tell you what Type he is, share the book and online course with him! PS- after writing this, I took a peek at your pics on Facebook, and by your husbands physical features he is a Type 4. Read the Type 4 section in my book, “It’s Just My Nature!” and share it with him as well.

Love this, again! The part about anyone can be a leader, and it’s who you have around you to support, is great. Keep these coming, Carol! Men need to be more clearly understood by the women in their lives for greater happiness to unfold.

Totally identified with the hoarding details thing…I hadn’t ever thought of it like that. That is something I need to watch more. Chris, you are an awesome brother and so handsome and kind! We are all blessed to know you! Thanks for all you do.

I love type two men! That said, my son is a type two! SO that’s a good place to start loving isn’t it? And, Carol, I love your gentle sensitive
treatment of people! These “conversations” are wonderful! So much more than types involved here! Your work is unique!!!

I sooooo identify with this (the detailed list making and categorizing).

I am a 2 (actually I believe a 2, 4 as well) and need some clarification (I guess that means more ‘details’? he he) about “hoarders” what do you mean by this? ….Also more about what you meant by, “Creating a hoarding experience in the manner of lists and planning”, and about ‘TV shows with ‘hoarders’…??? I am not following you this at all.

Also the idea to ‘Declutter your details’. I am definitely getting stopped, almost paralyzed, by all my detailedness and overly having to plan and think things through beforehand, so some clarification on this point would be helpful.

Chris said that he was putting some boundaries on his obsessive list making and details but I didn’t understand what kind of boundaries…. Could you explain further? (How is this getting better or easier for you, Chris?)

Is over-planning things and wanting to think things through so thoroughly a tendency along these lines in 2 ness? (I struggle to make decisions cuz I always want more time -sometimes days to weeks of time to mull it over and think it through)?

Wow, as I look back on this… lots of questions! True to my nature! woo-hoo!

I am such a 2! When I was 3 or 4 I thought everything was too scratchy, so clothes had to feel just right (including socks) or I would squirm around in them or refuse to wear them. I totally understand where he is coming from.
