Wow!! I am a type 4. And I’ve Hated me!! I’ve hated my tendencies, and wished I could be more appropriate (like a type 2). When I watched this video – I loved what the type 4 woman said about how deep her heart is. I know that my emotions run deep and full and I do have a wonderful reflective quality. It’s one of my best gifts. It was refreshing to know that I’m not alone in how I’ve judged myself. I haven’t quite figured out how to stop yet, and I’ve really appreciated the resources Carol has put out for me to tap into. They have been a Huge blessing in my journey toward healing and self love. Thank you!!

I know that you hear this all of the time, but thank you. Thank you for allowing me to love myself. I am a type two and as I was reading that section of the book it, described me and all of my innermost feelings, insecurities and tendencies. You made it possible for me to release the guilt and anxiety I have felt all of my life. I loved listening to Ann because I could relate to her completely. It is also so wonderful to know that there are more people like myself. I am doing my best to share your beautiful message with those around me. Heather
