The vibration of the earth is shifting to a higher frequency. What that means for us is, time is going faster, more energy is coming in to the planet to wake us up to our truth, and our emotions are getting all stirred up.
This phenomena is actually supporting us in life and life is getting easier! If that is the case, why does it all too often feel like life is getting harder?
It’s because we have a tendency to “hang on” to the old. Old beliefs, old feelings, old ways of doing things. As we hold on, we create resistance, in that resistance we make things harder than they need to be.
As you let go and allow, you will be supported in the many shifts you are experiencing with more grace and ease.
Speak these intentions every day:
“I am easily and comfortably releasing the lower frequency vibrations that are no longer serving me.”
“I am easily shifting in to new light and truth.”
If you are not intentional about your clearing the old, the resistance can create havoc and unnecessary pain in your life.
It is time to rise in to the light and truth God created us as.

I know that time is passing faster all the time. The weekends are so close together now that it’s amazing to think another week has passed. I loved the explanation Carol gives on this quote; “the vibration of the earth is shifting to a higher frequency.” this explanation is reassuring for me and I will now look forward to embracing the future.

THANK YOU CAROL! I’ve noticed the same thing lately. Everything is easier in the higher/faster vibrations. Time, however, seems to be going way to fast. Oh well, steady as we go…
