In this Mother’s Day series we are honoring moms! In my Beauty Profiling system I recognize 4 Types of feminine expression of which your mom is one of the 4 Types! This week we honor our Type 2 subtle, soft moms. These moms are the saints of the world, the carriers of peace and connection. I have a Type 2 mom and learning about her true nature has allowed me to honor and celebrate her gifts. I hope you honor and celebrate your mom this Mother’s Day. Share the Beauty Profile Bundle with your mom this year. Just go to http://dressingyourtruth.com Helping your mom live her truth is one of the greatest gifts you can give her.

I love getting things that my kids have made for me or written or artwork they have made. I love when they plan ahead and do special things that take some thought. I love getting ‘experience’ gifts that make memories. When people plan to take time doing something for or with me that is great. As a type 2 mom it is easy to feel invisible, especially in a house full of boys who are high energy and loud! Being noticed, appreciated, and valued for my gifts and contributions is so huge!

This series is great! I must say I’m excited to see Carol’s T3 collection of girl clothes….I think I have a T3 little one and it seems difficult to find T3 clothes for infant and toddler girls….where are you finding these clothes? Thanks so much!

Dear Melissa, thanks for your comment. Thrift stores have a plethora of Type 3 girls clothes, especially in animal print!

Again, so fun! I am beginning to see more and more that I must have a secondary 2. I love seeing my Type 2 sister in Anne. This really helps me to understand how to honor her better. I too love cards and little handmade things from my kids, especially on Mothers Day. I cherish every one of them. This year my 8 year old gave me the sweetest card I could have ever received! Is it terrible of me to feel badly that the rest of my children don’t do this for me anymore? (I struggle with not feeling appreciated quite often). I also really enjoy sending cards to every one of my 21 nieces/nephews, all of my siblings (in-law included) and parents.
