Energy Profiling

We all create patterns of self-sabotage and resistance to change.  In this 4-part series, Carol shares the most common tendencies for the 4 different Types of people and their most common patterns of sabotage and denial.  The more conscious you are of your limiting patterns the more freedom you have to change them.  Watch, learn and change! www.MyEnergyProfile.com

As someone who lives with a dominant Type 1, your comments felt pretty on target! I look forward to the insights you have to share for Type 3s.

Oh my GOSH! Carol, if you hadn’t posted this I would never have paid for any of this great stuff. Seriously, I just bought the awesome deal of energy profiling and books (and a bargain at that!) because you pegged me. I laughed so hard. Since I just admitted that I technically don’t know my official type, I’m pretty sure I’m a type 1. Not only is it my nature, but it’s my NAME to tell stories about why I can’t do something. Well, I’m done with that. I’m off to watch some late night energy profiling. Then I’ll have some great stories to tell, right?

@Carol – You have piqued my curiosity. What types of clues do birth names give you about energetic personality type? The example above (Stori) is quite literal, but I imagine some others could be less so. This is the first of your posts I have read so far, but without hearing about the other three types, I’m pretty sure I am Type 1. In fact, I’m certain.

I jumped the gun on my first two posts. Now watching Video 6 on the gifts of each type. Like I first suspected, I’m definitely Type 1. I’m a conceptualizer and storyteller. That’s who I really am. I knew it from the outset, but I second-guessed myself.

My Type 3 tendencies have a lot to do with nurture. My Type 1 tendencies are my nature.

Amazing! I needed to hear what you just said! I needed that “kick in the butt!” I am so type 1 that I didn’t even realize the stories I tell myself are EXCUSES! Thank you for pointing this out to me. I am taking back the power, and stopping the “excuses”. And yes, I am re-reading Remembering Wholeness AGAIN!

I found it a fascinating ‘coincidence’ that my name means “fiery” and I am a type 3—hydrogen/fire. Even my email address has the word ‘flame’ in it! (I’ve had the same email for ten years, long before I knew about energy profiling.)

For any of you procrastinators out there—-GET THE ENERGY PROFILING COURSE! Just stop putting it off…and DO IT! You’ll be so glad you did!!
