I love contests and giveaways, and I love the fact you read my blog! Since I don’t really see myself having my own Game Show anytime soon, I have come up with a couple fun giveaway and contests ideas just for The Carol Blog!
I also love Beauty Profiling and Dressing Your Truth and would love every woman in the world to know this information. To celebrate how much I love these programs I am starting a weekly giveaway every Wednesday I am calling- “From the Dressing Your Truth Closet!”
I will be giving away every week (for as long as I decide I want to!) something from our Dressing Your Truth online store and even some fun and unique gently used clothes we find that I feel like sharing! Only the coolest items though!
This is open to everyone, even women who have not yet learned their Beauty Profile (which I don’t undersand why and you read this blog because if you haven’t noticed I talk about it ALOT!) and how to Dress Their Truth, even to those of you who are guessing how to Dress Your Truth! Besides the OBVIOUS (Duh! The necklace is the cutest thing evah!) – I love it because of the name. I’ve told my friends and especially my hubby, that anytime they want to buy me jewelry, they just have to ask themselves one thing to know if I will like it or not: “Does it look edible?” =D I love jewelry that is colorful like candy: jelly beans, taffy, bubble gum, anything! So the fact that this fun necklace is called Strawberry Daquiri, fits perfectly with my time-tested jewelry shopping motto. (And yes, I still wear candy necklaces, so sometimes my jewelry really IS edible!) YUUUUMMMMYYYYYYY!

Hi Carol,
Great idea! I am a Type 1 with a very strong secondary 4 (your words) and I often struggle with the polarity.(still have a couple of black tops hangin’ around) I do like this necklace, can’t say that about all the Type 1 necklaces. I have enjoyed talking up DYT and have 2 friends join up since I introduced them to the Carol Tuttle world.

OMG! I have been looking at that very necklace at the online store! I am a type 1 & have been embracing my oneness loving every minute of it too since confirming my true nature!
Jewelry has been an interesting journey. As a teenager I always wore gold, then because of the influence of fashion trends & friends, I went to wearing nothing but silver. It never really felt comfortable, so then I went to always mixing gold & silver.
After going through the DYT Type 1 course, it was like a great awakening. I have been slowly revamping my wardrobe & accessories, careful to choose the pieces that really speak to me & my true nature.
Thank you for everything that you have done Carol! You are an amazing woman who has been able to touch so many lives. Thank you for giving me the tools I needed to love me for who I am!
I so look forward to meeting you & your wonderful team in person sometime soon!

I want it because I want to give it to my Sister-in-Law Melissa. She got to meet you last spring and she was so excited and so dissappointed to learn she is a type 1. After some soul searching she has come to accept it. However her husband is in construction and they are expecting a new baby in a few weeks, so needless to say money has been extremely tight. She has so wanted to buy something and do the rest of the course. I know eventually she will be able to do it, but right now first things first. I know it would make her smile to recieve something from the Dressing Your Truth store. Thanks again Carol for all the Amazing things you have and are teaching the world. Just looked in the online store and I would pair the Strawberry Daiquiri Necklace with the muli bangle gold bracelets for more FUN and I love bangles they make noise and I wear sometype of bracelet almost every day!! I would love the necklace because I do not have a fun red necklace! I have purple, pink, brown, gold, but no red or orange that has that “pop” us type 1′s love!
I love learning all about the different energies types! It has totally enhanced my love and acceptance for myself and others! I get along better with my spouse, children and work peers.
Dressing Your Truth is not just about clothes and jewlery, (although we love the jewelry. It is about knowing yourself inside out and accepting yourself and your true nature. Once you know that, it is about getting to know how to accept, love and nurture your relationships unconditionally! It is transformational! It is amazing! It is well worth the price!

Carol, I NEED this necklace! At this very moment, I am wearing a bright red, orange, and pink blouse. Every time I wear it, I go through all of my jewelry, trying every piece on to find something that works with it. Yes, I repeat that process every time I wear it, even though I have no new jewelry. I usually end up wearing no necklace. (I know! *GASP!* A DYT no-no!) In order to fully Dress My Truth with this adorable blouse, I must have this necklace!

Hi, I am completely having to rebuild my closet! I only had two or three things in my closet that were type 1. yikes! I took out my black, I took out my tan and everything in between. Well, almost everything… I would have nothing but I decided to keep a few things so I wouldn’t get thrown in jail. I have a few pieces of jewelry (mostly type 2) I am excited to start rebuilding (I even started my own business – homebased preschool)
This would be a great starting point.

I want to win it because I’m one of those type 1′s thinking “I don’t think I’d ever wear that” and I want to see if in two weeks I’ll be saying “That’s my favorite necklace”. I’ve been trying to dress my truth for about a year now I’m slowly getting the hang of it … but let’s just say I have a lot of blues and whites! I just bought something green! I’ve never worn jewelry in my life really so I’m slowly starting to try to do that too!

Hi Carol, I have been following you for a few months, listening to the videos and reading the books so I thought based on this I was a type 2. I recently attended an energy profiling session and WOW! It was revealed that I lead with a type 1, well of all the 4 types that is not what I expected so that realization created a big What? No way reaction even bringing tears to my eyes.. which was unexpected. As I embrace all of this and go through the process of awakening to my true self I think I should have that necklace as it is the perfect symbolism of who I am.. Oh and RED is my favorite color.
You also asked to go to the store and let you know what I would buy, well, I had gone through the store before although this time I noticed how the items in Type 1 are sooooooooooo Me! haha and as I am in Florida and it is starting to get chilly I love wrapping scarfs around my neck and shoulder that item would be what I would purchase. Thank you for sharing and doing what you do!

I have just gotten immersed in this via The Green Smoothie Girl. I am a mother of three girls ages three and under… so basically I have been wearing tee-shirts and sweat pants for a few years. I’ve not had anything but a thin wedding band on in almost four years. To be honest, most days I’m ashamed to look in the mirror, but I’ve been so busy with little ones it’s hard to keep up.
I also have been in type 1 denial for almost my whole life. I’ve cried so much reading the testimonies on your site and seeing make-overs. I want to start living my type… and looking it too!! I would love this necklace!!

I love the necklace. I have NO costume jewelry AT ALL! I have not yet taken the course. but think it is really great. It just isn’t time yet. Red is one of my favorite colors and every time I wear it, I get compliments. So…. why do I own only one gold necklace and one pair of gold earrings? Bets the heck out of me!
This necklace would look great with red tops, hot pink tops and a black (yeah, I know, but it’s what I own right now) jacket.

I’d love to win this necklace. Seeing this necklace whisks me back to my Elementary School years… my best friend, who lived across the street, had two butter cookie tins full of costume jewelry from her elderly aunt. We would play with the sparkly brooches, bracelets, and necklaces for hours while we listened to Chicago and ‘Huey Lewis and the News’s songs on the radio. I begged her to let me keep them. (No go.) One piece I especially remember was a life-sized gold strawberry brooch covered with inlaid ‘rubies’. Loved it. On this necklace, I love the twisting strands of strawberries-and-cream, and the gold rings with rhinestones? I can almost hear the beat of “The Power of Love”…

I would love this necklace to give to my adorable, Type 1 grand-daughter, who is going through some rough health issues and depression right now. I think it would help cheer her up! It inspires me to get her a fun outfit to wear with it– for when she is well enough to go back to her college classes. She is a big DYT fan and has gone through the course.

I went through your course and found that I am indeed a type 1. I wish I had found this course about one month before I did though because I had just gotten a new job in an office environment, (I’ve always worked in a factory). So I went out and bought new clothes, only to find out after taking your course that most (about 90%) of them were not for my type. Since I’m working now, I’ve been slowly buying pieces that I like and fit my type. This necklace would go great with the new jacket I just bought, It’s red and beige basket weave design or my blue and off white abstract jacket. Absolutely adorable.
