Before & Afters

Every woman wants to be beautiful!  And every woman can.  Every time I see a makeover I am nearly brought to tears as I witness the next woman’s true beauty coming out!

Jolene is a wonderful example of the average woman: has a nice hairstyle, nice makeup, nice clothes and some nice jewelry. She looks “nice!” But nice is not enough in the Dressing Your Truth world! We want every woman to look and feel AMAZING! Jolene shares in her own words below how amazing her Dressing Your Truth experience has been.

Dressing Your Truth is THE makeover that will last a lifetime! We teach you right in the comfort of your own home, through our online video trainings, on how to become your own beauty expert so everything you wear is true to your Beauty Profile- every day, for the rest of your life.  Start your Dressing Your Truth experience by first learning your Beauty Profile by clicking here!

I’ve begun my metamorphosis! I’m still adjusting to this “new me”, but I like it! I’ve got some refining to do—the right product for my hair (more volume); learning how to dye some of my favorite old things, and lots more shopping to do, but I know what to do now! I also love knowing that my Mom is a Type 3, my sister a Type 2, and my daughter-in-law-to-be a Type 4! Gift buying will be SO much easier! It amazes me how the little things you teach in the online training make such a BIG difference!

Thanks, Carol, for helping me take the next big step to living my truth!

There has been a little talk about this on the LYT forum – that response from some people about DYT “…but I don’t look bad now.” It isn’t about whether you look bad, it is about your outer message being parallel to your inner message and supporting your true nature.

Jolene, if you are reading this, you went from well dressed and comfortable to captivating and exotic. The photos show an obvious difference in your previous look to DYT and this is one of the best ‘before and after’ that I have seen yet.

Dear @Chris, thanks for your comment. I encourage you to look more deeply in to Beauty Profiling and Dressing Your Truth. Your comment is evidence that you are not clear on what the purpose of these two programs are. They are not about following fashion, that does not work. Of course she looked good in the before, but she was not showing the world her true beauty, her true nature. The before is actually showing her trying to follow fashion and it not honoring her true beauty, as most women do to some degree. I cannot tell if you are female or male as Chris is not a gender specific name! If you are male, you have no idea how women cannot escape the influence of fashion in the modern day world and how it starts to disempower a female at a very young age. If you are a female, please read the other comments and the testimonial of the woman in this before and after post, I invite you to look more deeply in to these programs, I believe you will see where your statement is premature as you do not know what they are really about and how they empower women and powerfully support women heal the wounded feminine!

Chris, do you know what energy Type you are? If you are a T2 or T4, you may very well be more drawn to the calm, still ‘before’ photo, however, if you met Jolene in person there would be a feeling in the air that didn’t match her look, the look that she felt was expected of her. That’s one of the many beautiful things about Dressing Your Truth: Your entire being is in sync.

Hee, hee! This was a fun surprise! It’s been a year now since I first started “dressing my truth” and sent those pictures in–the hair is better now, and I LOVE the type 3 colors and jewelry–I still have a strong secondary 2 and tone down some of the 3 stuff a bit, but it’s given me a confidence I’ve struggled with for years. And Carol’s right–people say, “You look great!” not just “I like your outfit” etc. Also, it’s easy to get dressed because everything “goes” with everything, and there are so many combinations–love it, love it.

Jolene, I love your new look! You did look ‘nice’ before as you are a very attractive woman, but now you look vital and comfortable in your own skin. Awesome!

Actually, Jolene looks more ‘fashionable’ in the after photo — even though Dressing Your Truth means you’re not a slave to fashion. I love this program because you can still follow fashion and buy into the trends, you’re just more aware of what things better suit you and whether you are expressing yourself authentically in the fashion choices you make everyday.

Hi, I’m Jolene’s T2 sister. Jolene looked good before she went through dressing your truth. However, since she has gone through this change of becoming a T3 she has become a more bold and more confident person in the way she holds herself, in the way she thinks of herself. Jolene is dressing her truth, she became her true self and feels more comfortable in who she is. I think she took 10 years off her look when she started dressing her truth.

Thanks Carol it has been a great journey for both my sister and I. I love Dressing Your Truth.
