Most women would tell you that they struggle with their hair and experience a lot of “bad hair days.” This dilemma occurs to most women because we are not taught how to create the perfect hairstyle for our Type of beauty, that not only includes taking in to consideration our face and shape and facial features, but also our personality. Because we are not taught what hairstyles would be best for us, we are left to giving our power to the hairstylist, and then hope for the best!
We often believe that we need to do the opposite the balance ourselves. I meet a lot of Type 3 women who are trying to “soften” themselves with soft hairstyles. This can cause a Type 3 woman to appear more intense rather than soft!
Being able to sit down in the chair at the hair salon with complete confidence that you know what is right for you is a rare experience for most women. With Dressing Your Truth we teach you all that you need to know for your Type of beauty from the right color, highlights, cut, and even what products to use when you style your hair, so you can look even better when you do it yourself! I love this makeover because I think it shows how much a great hairstyle supports a woman’s true beauty. Share your positive comments, what do you like?
Dressing Your Truth is designed to honor the various Types of beauty we have as women. It starts with learning your Type in our Beauty Profiling system.
When you learn your Beauty Profile and then how to Dress Your Truth with a Dressing Your Truth Club Membership, putting together a fashion style that honors YOU is easy! No more trying to make yourself fit into fashion, you rule the fashion and beauty world and it WORKS FOR YOU!

Hi Carol, Thanks for the great example! She has gone from looking a bit “intense” to looking very friendly and approachable.

Carol, I didn’t think that hair made such a big difference for my type 3ness until I got highlights, and holy cow the difference it made! My dad who doesn’t like extreme hair styles (mine would be considered extreme in his eyes (choppy textured a-line with chunky highlights)) loved my hair. He commented to my mom that he really liked it and that it matched me perfectly, and that it showed people who I was before I even opened my mouth.
