Have you ever worried about lines, pores, or spots in your skin complexion? Don’t miss this video.
The beauty industry shows us an airbrushed version of one Type of skin complexion. But my Beauty Profiling system shows that there are actually 4 qualities of beauty that women naturally express.
This expression of beauty shows up in your skin. So if you want to know how to improve your skin complexion, you need to discover your Beauty Profile!
Improving Skin Complexion Naturally
For example, a Type 3, rich, dynamic woman naturally has more active, texture skin. Of all the 4 Types, we have bigger pores, deeper facial lines, and more irregularity in pigmentation.
Many Type 3 women think their skin is flawed. After trying creams and scrubs that just don’t work for them, they get discouraged and give up, thinking that improving skin complexion is just impossible.
You know what? I have textured, irregular skin—and I love it!
And now that I know how to treat my skin, I love and honor those facial lines that are so expressive of ME!
Watch the video to find out how a woman with rich, textured skin like mine can improve skin complexion so that she looks and feels amazing:
Your skin complexion is one of the most honest expressions of your natural movement as a woman. And if you know how to treat it, your skin can actually be one of your greatest features.

I’m a T3 and have experienced issues with acne for years. Recently I discovered I am dealing with the condition of Celiac’s Disease and several other inflammatory food sensitivities. As I have learned to manage these challenges, the health of my skin has improved dramatically. So my comment has 2 purposes. 1) Get yourself checked for these sensitivities. They are very common and significantly affect your quality of life in more than just skin condition. 2) Are different types more prone to specific diseases? For example: are T3′s more prone to inflammatory diseases? It seems fitting, however, so much of our diet produces an inflammatory response, it may not be type specific.

Love your input. I am also a T3 and have had lots of food sensitivities in the past. After finding out food that caused me inflammation (blood test for 150 food items) I took them out of my diet. I then started working with my subconscious mind to clear the issues associated with the foods. I was amazed what dis-empowering beliefs I had….I am sure that lots of them came form my active reactive approach to the world. I could see how this would be a big issue for many T3, especially the ones not living their truth. I am very blessed that I have a B. S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics as well as am training in working with the subconscious mind while conscious. Carol works with EFT and tapping. I hope she reads this and recommends her approach. All of the programs I have from her are wonderful and I use the information in all of my relationships (personal and professional). Teresa Larson

I remember going for portrait photos when I turned 21 yrs.(a big milestone outside of US) and the professional photographer said “You look great but you must use moisturizer for those deep lines around your mouth”! Type 3 to a “T”! Unfortunately I had bad acne as a teen too. The calming nature of my Type 2 husband helps my skin by calming my intense emotions that seems to aggravate breakouts – but unfortunately I may give him a few wrinkles (or facial lines!) with my passionate reactions!
