Crystal speaks candidly how she worried about being boring and too timid. She also struggled with feelings of being overlooked. She used to beat herself up trying to change herself. She has let it go and discovered things about herself that have given her more insight than anything she has ever done in her life. What is your Energy Profile? http://www.myenergyprofile.com

Great video with Crystal… However it raises the question, for me at least, how can one’s secondary energy type support the expression of one’s primary energy type?

Thanks for posting this interview with a type 2. Being a type 2 myself, it was interesting for me to see how Crystal draws people in with her hands when she talks, which is something I notice about myself.
One of my friends is a pastor with a weekly radio show. About 6 months ago, he invited me to join him on the show. He is a type 1, with excitement in his voice, and I think he instinctively knew, without knowing about energy profiling, that I would be a nice balance to his high energy torrent of words.
Last week, I met a woman for the first time who had been listening to us on the radio, and she said that when my voice comes on, it is like a long drink of cool water. She made me smile because without knowing anything about energy profiling, she recognized my energy type just from my voice.
Understanding my type 2 nature has allowed me to quit judging it, as Crystal also pointed out. Having embraced it gave me the confidence to get out, speak up, and connect with people in a way I had never been able to do before. Growing up, everything about me was just wrong. Since I learned my energy type, I know everything about my nature is right, and if someone else judges it, that’s their loss. I also know that as long as I live true to my gentle, patient type, the door stays open so they can eventually come along and connect with me.
Learning my energy type wasn’t a huge epiphany with instant change. It has been a smooth, flowing process that I have enjoyed immensely, and I am quietly excited about where it is going to lead me.
Thank you.
