I love this video with Tom Hanks and his daughter. Tom gets us to laugh at how we can take things to extreme; in this case, it’s the value we put on our outer beauty when it comes to our self worth! Even to the point that as parents we can attempt to live through our children to get this false need met!

The pagent competitions seem so stressful for the girls as well as the parents.
