Hi Carol,
I agree with Sheri. I have tried to “hide” my light under a bussel also. I was told to take my voice down off the ceiling (grandpa) when I was little, as well as hold still. I mentioned to a friend once that when I walk into a room I could feel myself freak out and when I talk to people I feel myself want to throw up entergetically afterward. I had a big aha as I listened to Sheri. I am entergetically pulling myself back in or caving in my energy and maybe my aura. Not sure how that works but I can feel inside my panic. I am feeling it as I write this that that is right. It is true that we don’t hide very well and it is TRULY a painful feeling to retract myself. I always thought of it as I was shy and/or too much for people. That is a contradiction but a very interesting fight in a persons mind. Thank you Carol, thank you Sheri, that information was very insightful and freeing for me.

Thank you Carol and Sheri for sharing! I can relate to what Sheri said about being quiet and serious all her life. I have been that way, too, with my Type 1 nature being held in check by my Type 4 secondary. It has been very fun and liberating for me to step into my 1-ness more and more! I am making alot of changes in my life to have more fun and live in a lighter way. Thanks for living your truth and being such an inspiration!

Funny how us chameleon ones learn to adapt and hide so fast in between all the others.. we get so good at it we think we’re them.
How nice to know we’re not! That we add the brilliance, effervescence, sparkles and sunshine to other people’s lives.. Such a great reminder to stand in our own light and centre and just be the fabulous people we are (i know, takes some getting used to at times.. but coming out into the light and being sparkling is soooooo worth it)

I’m a little confused by the black top and black spotted jackets. I thought type ones weren’t supposed to wear black?
