yeah! I am amazed how good it feels to be me. I just finished watching the type 1 DYT yesterday. I loved it. I loved your book “It’s Just My Nature” BUT I love even more all the insight that is given to clarify each type. My husband does believe I am a type one. He said you aren’t social! You go off and do your own thing in a group. I sat and thought about that and realized that is because I hate debating and proving I am right. (I think most of his family is type 4) Also, I just realized that I do live in my head… I get so excited inside when I see people and I even play a conversation to myself but I don’t let it comes out. I am excited to know that I am okay, it is okay to be who I am and I don’t have to hide from being me anymore. Just to clarify… when I go off and do my own thing it’s because I want to do something more fun…
Love your work Carol! Thank you so much!

Just finished your new book. Loved it! Love everything about Dressing Your Truth. Learning new things every day and with every one of your events. Thought I would share an experience that happened last Sunday. I was dressed in my truth (Type 2). Someone came up to me and said, “You look so pretty.” Then she gave me the once over head to toe and said “It must be the colors, everything looks so good together…You just glow!”
I thought that was the perfect compliment.

When I saw this video about Lisa I thought, could this be me? I also have considered myself to be a type 2. I fit the personality. I’ve always been shy, fearful, an in-the-background type person. I’ve always hated my personality traits. Watching this, I had a super amazing ah ha moment. The facial features, like Lisa, gave me the clue. I am ecstatic at the possibility that I could be a type 1 hiding under my type 2 bagage. Not that there is anything wrong with being a type 2, but if it isn’t really me, I want out!! Is it too late for a sixty-year-old to become who she really is???
Carol, you are an inspired women! Thanks so much for all the work you have done to bring this energy profiling system about.
    Keep up the good work!

Yippee for you! Connie, it would make sense if you are sixty that you have tried to be a Type 2. Every woman was supposed to be a Type 2 in your generation! Your heart spoke to you, now go forward and start living true to your Type 1 nature. Learning how to dress your Type 1 truth would be a huge support to you!

After watching both the Susan B Anthony video and this one I am wondering if I have to be a type 3 to change the world….

I am pretty sure I am a Type 1. I started working recently and I am putting together the money to do this because I want to learn more about how to accomplish my goals. The thing is that Type 3 are usually the ones who come and change the way things are. Type 1 are what I called the entertainers. We are bubbly and funny. We are animated.

What happens when a Type 1 has a mission that might change the world? How can I reign in all that bubblyness in order to set out to fulfill my mission. Oh, and if you are wondering what that mission is, it has to do with breaking women off the idea of serving others without loving ourselves first and included in that is the concept that we have the purchasing power and yet, we are letting the fashion industry and the food industry tell us how to dress and what to eat.

Thanks for all the great information, Carol. You rock.

Only a few people play a “big” role in changing the world at large. Susan B. Anthony was one of the few women who did that. Everyone can create positive change in smaller realms of the world in which they reach. Every Type makes a difference. I am not looking to change the world, just the women that are ready to play wth Dressing Your Truth! Have you gone through Dressing Your Truth or read my new book? With your interest in helping free women of the influence of the fashion industry that is exactly what I do!

I feel like I might be a Type 2….or is it a Type 4? I’m still kinda confused about this. What would be the major personality traits of a Type 2 vs. a Type 4?

    Still working on the secondary type… must be blended… sometimes a 4 sometimes a 3… then a 4 again… with my nature, it’s probably a 2…lol..
