Say out loud or to yourself:
“I am grateful I am feeling better and better more and more of the time.”
Do this several times a day and then when you are feeling down or depressed, start tapping on this point to stimulate your positive energy flow.

You are beautifully expressing and sharing, revealing and instructing, what women (and men) need to hear and know – the truth of who we are. I also look forward to receiving and reading your “Dressing Your Truth” book. I worked part time for a couple of years in the fashion industry (Chico’s) – just for the fun of it – and wish I had the knowledge I now have about energy types. I could have been of even greater help to my customers. I believe that I am a dominant Type 1 and have much too much black in my closet – I lean toward dressing boldly as a Type 4. This understanding (of energy types) has already significantly helped me to relax and be the accepting, compassionate, blissful person I know that I truly am.
