Carol Tuttle, Energy Profiling

Hear from 4 women, one of each Type in Carol’s Energy Profiling system, and how they live true to their natural gifts and tendencies.  They each share ways to create positive outlets for their natural expression so they don’t turn in to patterns of dysfunction in their life.  Share your comments on creative ways you are living true to your Type!  What Type are YOU?  Find out at http://www.myenergyprofile.com

That was so incredibly helpful!!! Thank you! I liked how each woman shared specifics and related it to them and their natures. This is so awesome!
I am going to enroll my type 3 daughter into Karate or something akin to that. She has been asking me for a while about it and I have held back. But now I realize that something like this will help her to handle her emotions better. Also, great insights for my type 4s and my type 2 daughters and husband. Thanks again!

Completely agree with the Type 4! Find the one two or three things you want to perfect, and then let everything else go. This solution is perfect for Type 4s from a couple of angles but particularly honors the all or nothing aspect we support. It also helps by giving us confidence and relief that we will be successful at what we choose to perfect. Not to mention that we don’t have to keep perfecting everything around us even though we definitely notice what could be better. Well said, Sheryl!

Ha! I just knew the dynamic type 3 would go first, followed by the authoritative 4, the is-everybody-happy 1, and the quiet 2 in that order. Have I been paying attention, or what?

Being a Type 1 that bounces in and out of all the secondary energies throughout my day (and believe me when I say bounce!), I found this post to be very timely. I LOVE the fishbowl idea, as I have struggled with ‘household chore schedules’ and never seem to be able to adhere. I just randomly pick something and get it done. Thanks for the great suggestion! Now if I could just keep the Type 4 at bay long enough to get the task done without having to have it perfect……. :^)

Question: Is the Type 1 lady the mother-in-law of Anne? This kind of video is just great!

As long as I can remember, I’ve practiced being perfect, paying attention to details, made lists & lists to cover my hiney, & wondered why I am a true renaissance gal, jane of all trades, mistress of some, but not one. Even in college I remember just about flunking out of my first year & starting to make lists of definitions that I had to memorize & do to ‘grow myself up’. As I watch all ya’ll, here, on Facebook, listen to club nights & review the books & online courses, the onion-factor keeps revealing so much more than clothes & baubles… Truly we’re all 4 types, & hearing each lady express her gift on the plus side balancing out the minus expression reminds me that we all have to wrap our minds around what we love & enjoy & are great at, & do an F5 on our brains to renew our minds of lies we’ve believed. The fishbowl idea is perfect, my lists keep me honest, having a schedule for quiet time is about the only thing I now do consistently & sets the stage for the rest of the day…perfection is His, not mine, yet I’m agreeing w/Anne about connections w/people!!! & w/Sarah that kicking the box out of things (& some folks, albeit mentally) keeps me sane.
