Today is my birthday. I am grateful to celebrate the 52nd year of my life. I get the question asked to me a lot, is it hard having your birthday the day after Christmas? I reply, “No, my mom has made all the difference in making sure my birthday was special and unique. “ Thanks mom!
This year I am celebrating my birthday in Disneyland with my family. I got the crazy idea a couple of months ago when I heard you get in free to Disneyland on your birthday this year. It was perfect to include my husband, and my children and their spouses and give them each a trip to Disneyland for their Christmas gift. Since I don’t like shopping for gifts and true to my Type 3 nature, like to get it done big and fast, giving them a trip was perfect!
We are flying out the evening of Christmas Day and will be in Disneyland until Monday night. I love Disneyland, I have very fond memories of going there during my childhood.
I love that Disneyland brings together the energy of the 4 Types:
Type 1: This is obvious! It’s one of the most animated, playful environments on the planet!
Type 2: The attention to details and comfort is a Disney speciality
Type 3: Walt had to have a lot of Type 3 in him to get Disneyland from an idea to an actual outcome. Making “big” things happen is definitely a Disney gift!
Type 4: Disneyland is one of the cleanest, perfectly executed, quality environments that man has ever created!
