How many times a day or week to you think to yourself “I’m too fat!” WELL YOU NEED TO STOP IT. I have some pretty strong opinions about women trash talking their bodies. We learn early in our teens that to fit in we need to put down our bodies! “I’m too fat!” becomes the popular thing to say early in our lives as women. What can we say to women who trash talk their bodies? Do you trash talk your body? Watch and learn how to stop and why it’s not serving you to do this anymore. Hi Carol, I can get into self-bashing too, but it just doesn’t feel good. When I am more mindful, I stop and appreciate just one thing about my body. Once I truly appreciate the fineness of my hands or the strength in my legs, I am bowled over by the gift of this entire healthy body. I am grateful and look for the beauty that I am embodying. What if we women invited each other to pick one thing a day to appreciate about our miraculous bodies? Thanks for all your great work! Blessings, Carol H.

I plan to use this in my fashion design class with the girls …..in fact I plan to use the books also. These kids (Boys also)need to feel more positive with the body they have. They need to treasure the body parts that are functioning ….no trash talk allowed in class anymore!
thanks, Mel
