Hey Constance, and all you other over-60s, I am 66 and my journey to define myself began with having my “colors” done when I was in my 40s. This opened up a whole new color palette for my wardrobe, which formerly was Catholic school blue and brown. After I retired, I became a Red Hat Queen, and reds and purples found their way into my closet. Finally I found Carol’s Energy type and DYT last year and my appearance has altered again – for the better. Yes, I am a grandma with eight grands, but I no longer have that granny look.
I am a Type Two and my hair style has changed, my closet is now full of things I delight in wearing, and I am altogether happier with my physical appearance than I was just a year ago. When I was working, I dressed my Type Four energy and that “worked” for me at work. At home I dressed my dominant Two and did not really know that was what I was doing! So, I guess I would say that you do not have to be any certain age to benefit from Carol’s system – just go for it. Study the Energy Types and I bet you will find that over the years you have altered your style from type to type as the situation called for. Now that you know your dominant type, explore it and make yourself at home in your Type. Best of Luck !

I just wanted to mention that you look very sweet and fresh on this video, also that red you are wearing on the introduction video of your dressing your truth web-site is so very beautiful on you. Thanks for sharing.
