In this question of the week Carol helps you better understand how to consciously work with your natural expression to optimize your life, rather than using it to avoid doing something you think you don’t want to do.  Parents will especially find this helpful when finding ways to motivate your children.  Energy Profiling sets you free to be your true self.  http://www.myenergyprofile.com

    Hi Carol!

I am so appreciative of you describing how you take a particular task and make it WORK true to your nature. Brilliant! I am a 4 and find that I work best in the EARLY morning or LATE at night – both times are completely quiet. I used to feel guilty about this because I wasn’t going to bed when my husband was and he felt frustrated by it. Recently I have been being true to myself and have gotten TONS more done, feel more and peace and much happier. Thanks again!
