    Wow! Thank you, Carol. Just last night I wrote a poem (based on my emotions) called Caught in the Undertow. A friend commented that I needed to “relax. Let it take it’s course. Struggle will bury you quicker.” I believe I understood her meaning but didn’t know how to practically apply her advice. Then I received your email this morning pointing me to this video. THANK YOU! First, thank you for affirming that negative thoughts are normal and should be allowed. It’s helpful to know NOT to fight them. Second, thank you for teaching me how to have a second internal dialogue while I allow the first to run it’s course.
