Thank you Carol, This was huge for me as I KNOW I am a type 1 but resisting as I have lived a type 3 for so long. I prefer the look of type 3′s so much more. I feel I have morphed into a 3!

I had very big releases while doing these and I am sure I will have to continue doing them for a while.

Looking forward to the new releases for clearing issues with other types.

What a great tool! I’m excited to use this in living my truth more fully. I have already come very far and am looking forward to embracing my nature as I was created. Thank you for putting together the other clearings mentioned. I have run into both of those issues ( judging myself and others)

*insert expletive-laden phrase of delight* During the left-side portion (I tapped along and repeated the affirmations) tears came into my eyes and I felt quite peculiar; during the right I was startled by the youthful brightness you began radiating. Of course you always look great, this just brought out something extra! Thanks a million for demonstrating this technique, which is so very simple and powerful. I’ll be memorising it and doing a few rounds. Nice adjunct or alternative to my usual karate-chop to crown EFT (discovered your work via the 2010 Tapping World Summit). Thank you again! Great question of the week and so pertinent. Carol, you look so beautiful in this video, with the lighter colors of your clothes against the darker background.
