Thanks so much for answering my question! It helps me understand so much more about energy typing on a deeper level, of course, since they were my own burning questions. It cleared up a lot for me. I definitely know now that my daughter is in fact a type 3, by the way you defined the twins differences in their movement. My daughter has always known who she is, and what she wants, and has been pushy in getting what she wants or needs. Luckily for me it has been an admirable quality, since I’ve been a pushover at times, and it has caused ME problems in relationships. At the same time she is so responsible! I can ask her once to do something once, and can check it off my list, since I know she will do it and I don’t have to remind her. Thanks for your help!

I’m a type 4. Being verbally and emotionally abusive is not a part of who I am. Type 4′s live by rules. My rules are that people are more important than someone else’s rules. Bravo to Carol for bringing out that any Energy Type can be abusive. My opinion is that abusiveness arises from lack of education, having been mistreated, frustration, unresolved emotional conflicts, or personality flaws as a result of culture, family, environment, etc. Type 4 energy wants to make things better. If a Type 4 is abusive, that is obviously the opposite of making things better.
