    How timely, Carol! Thank you for this insight. I am a Type 1 and this is definitely true for me. I tend to bop around from one thing to another in my day and allow myself to follow my whims to a certain degree, which sometimes puts me behind in getting out the door. I also have learned that my estimate of how long something is going to take is usually off. Things take me longer than I think because of my distractability. To work with this tendency, I have learned to aim to leave 15 minutes before I really have to in order to leave the house on time. That works most of the time. ;)
