    Carol,
Thanks for the video. When I first did the energy profiling course I couldn’t decide if I was a type 1 or 2. The facial feature section helped me to realize I was a type 2 but what really convinced me was the piles I make! I smile now when I notice them because I know they’re “just my nature”. Thanks again.

If I am a pile maker, does that mean I am a type 2? I have been “diagnosed” as a type 4, but I still have lots of piles!

It could be a strong secondary expression in you. We are not 100% in every expression and tendency true to our dominant Type. We are a blend of all 4 elements and they express through each of us. I am a dominant Type 3, but manage my physical space like a Type 3-4. I swiftly clean it up and it stays clean always! I like everything put away and super neat, I can get it that way very quickly. Your physical features are the most telling of what your dominant Type is, so go with that. Carol PS – To have a Body Profiling Expert give you a facial analysis to find out what your face is saying about who you are go to the My Energy Profile website

This video was so validating! Now I know why I get irritated when other people put their things in my piles or create random piles in my space. I once told my husband that he didn’t need to worry about a particular pile because I owned it and would be responsible for it. :-)
It feels so freeing to think of myself as a pile manager.

I have piles and it drives my husband CRAZY. I have categories for them but that’s about it so it’s ‘stuck energy’. The idea of creating movement with it is helpful – thanks!
