I watched and tapped along with this 3 times and it wasn’t until the 4th time that I caught that I was mirroring you. Getting the left and right sides mixed up….duh.
When I finally did it correctly, I could feel my energy shift. So as you suggest, I’ll do it every day. Correctly.
I did ‘get’ the Chakra opening OK, that was easy-lol. And felt really good!

I just listened to your Stuck and Single and Remembering Wholeness cds while driving to and from a family reunion. Thanks for this video. As I was doing this, I was thinking how I could use these to clean up some relationship issues I’ve had lately. I liked the opening of the chakra technique and was wondering if the Sacral chakra is the one where we hold our relationship issues?
